We specialise in coaching you through three Pilars. Exercise, Nutrition & Wellness.
Most trainers will just give you random exercises or a generic meal plan if you're lucky .
We are experts in assessing each client individually and coaching them through techniques which best support their level of awareness and willingness.
Before you jump into training, we start with a Kickstart Assessment to set your baseline and make sure everything is tailored to you. It’s quick, simple, and sets you up for success.
Here’s what it includes:
Body Composition Scan – a state-of-the-art scan that shows muscle, body fat, hydration, and more so we know exactly where you’re starting.
Health & Lifestyle Check-In – a short survey that helps us understand your nutrition, sleep, and stress so we can give you simple, practical guidance that works.
Movement Screen – we run you through the basics (squat, hinge, press, pull, core) to check technique, flexibility, and posture. This helps us coach you safely and effectively.
What about the training?
After your assessment, you’ll get straight into personalised training sessions. These can be:
Semi-Private Coaching (4:1) → more focused coaching in a small crew.
Small Group Training (8:1) → structured sessions with the energy of the team.
Both options follow our proven program, designed to help you get stronger, fitter, and more confident — with expert guidance every step of the way.
